It is ORDERED that effective November 17, 2014 the following amendments to the listed Appendices to the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey are adopted in accordance with Rule 1:43 ("Filing and Other Fees Established Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:1-7") as to certain fees reflected in those Appendices: (1) Appendix XI-A(1) ("Summons and Return of Service" (Special Civil Part)) – answer fee revised to $30 from $15; (2) Appendix XI-E ("Answer (Auto Accident)" (Special Civil Part)) – jury request fee revised to $100 from $50; (3) Appendix XI-F ("Answer (Contract)" (Special Civil Part)) – jury request fee revised to $100 from $50; and (4) Appendix XII-A ("Summons") – answer fee revised to $175 from $135.
