(3) Certification of Compliance with Rule 1:38-7(c). The first filed pleading
of any party in an action in the Chancery Division, General Equity or in the Law
Division, Special Civil Part shall include a certification of compliance as required in
R. 1:38-7(c) that states, “I certify that confidential personal identifiers have been
redacted from documents now submitted to the court, and will be redacted from all
documents submitted in the future in accordance with Rule 1:38-7(b).”
